Job Type: 12 hour days from 8am-8pm. Can work 1, 2 or 3 days a week. Available days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
Compensation: 50% service commission + 100% of tips | Earn $250-600/day

We will be obtaining our 2nd van soon and are looking to hire 2 more groomers in the near future.

What You’ll Do

As a Mobile Cat & Dog Pet Groomer, you’ll deliver high-quality grooming services at clients’ homes in a brand new fully equipped 2026 Ram Promaster 2500 grooming van. The van is upfitted by the industry leader in van design, Wag’n Tails and it is 100% powered by batteries and inverters, no generator! You’ll work independently, traveling to clients across SW Cobb County, Paulding County, Douglas County and part of Fulton County creating a calm and caring experience for pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to independently provide cat and dog grooming services including bathing, haircuts, shave downs, dematting, deshedding , nail trimming and grinding, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning on all size cats and dogs in a timely matter.
• Must be able to independently perform cat grooming including lion cuts, teddy bear cuts, comb cuts, sanitary trims, belly shaves, full shaves and kitten cuts.
• Must be able to independently perform dog grooming including teddy bear cuts, puppy cuts, summer cuts, lamb cuts, lion cuts and standard breed specific pet trims like Schnauzer cuts, cocker spaniel trims and golden retriever feather trims.
• Must be able to provide high quality doodle, yorkie, shih tzu and poodle grooms.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets throughout the grooming process.
• Communicate with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked grooming van. This includes extensive cleaning and disinfecting the van on a daily basis.
• Must be able to manage time well and perform grooms while adhering to reasonable time frames to ensure punctuality.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience either in a salon or mobile unit, preferred
• Trained as a groomer by industry professionals or a grooming school
• Ability to groom all breeds and sizes — from tiny pups to gentle giants
• Cat grooming experience is required for our current openings
• Strong organizational and time management skills. We are known for our timely service and dependability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Passion for animals and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Fun, positive energy that is client focused. Must be hardworking and committed to your clients and excellence in grooming.
